By accessing or using BeatForge Studio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
BeatForge Studio provides beat production, mixing, mastering, recording sessions, and related music production services. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
Studio sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required to confirm bookings. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee. Refund policies vary by service type.
For custom beat production, ownership rights are transferred according to the specific license agreement (lease or exclusive). Clients retain rights to their recorded performances. BeatForge Studio retains rights to use client work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Clients must arrive on time for booked sessions. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Clients are responsible for their own equipment (unless rental is arranged). Respectful behavior toward staff and equipment is required.
No smoking or illegal substances on premises. Food and drinks must be kept away from equipment. Maximum occupancy limits must be observed. Equipment damage caused by clients may result in repair charges.
BeatForge Studio is not liable for data loss, equipment malfunction, or any indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
